Indeed. In that case you are likely to get three species in your garden. A quick check to identify them is this. Jackdaw – depicted in this photo is smaller. Light coloured eyes. Two toned black and dark grey plumage. Carrion Crow – much larger all black (blueish tinge in direct sunlight). Rook – large all black but pale bill.
